About Tykhe - Management Team

Evan Schulman is the founder of Tykhe, LLC, a firm involved in marketing and implementing Revenue Recognition Certificates. Prior to Tykhe, he was co-founder of Upstream Technologies LLC, which provided asset and order management software to generate efficient portfolios for investors, either directly or through financial planners and brokers. Upstream was acquired by CheckFree in 2007. Evan also co-founded Lattice Trading, acquired by State Street Bank in 1996 and is a director of Net Exchange, a firm that designs, develops and operates trading systems for business-to-business e-markets based on combined value trading. He has published extensively on a wide variety of investment and trading topics. His career is documented in the books "Super Traders" (Alan Rubenfeld, Irwin Books, 1992) and "How I Became a Quant" (Richard R. Lindsey/Barry Schachter, John Wiley & Sons, Inc, 2007).

Raymond LeClair is the founder of Synterein, LLC, a firm performing quantitative analysis for investment management and offering analytical services to the mutual fund industry. He is co-founder of Crew Financial, LLC, formed to facilitate the adoption of Pay-Path mortgages. Prior to Synterein and Crew, Ray served as Director of Quantitative Analysis at Thinking Investments, a quantitative investment start-up, and participated in the creation of advanced systems for defense applications at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. Ray holds a PhD in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, is a CFA charterholder, and has over 20 years experience in government and commercial research and development.

Michael Benedek is Vice President at CheckFree Services Corporation where he launched and manages several business units in its Advanced Trading Solutions division. Prior to that he was CFO at Upstream Technologies, LLC, a firm that developed portfolio and order management software, and Chief Compliance Officer of that firm's wholly-owned broker dealer company. Other past positions include COO and CFO of CollectSafe, (antifraud software for online collectibles) and Senior Investment banker at WIT Capital Corporation where he co-founded its private equity group. Michael has a successful track record in managing and growing early stage companies, including attracting and retaining employees. He has experience in finance, law, and establishing and running an NASD registered broker-dealer.

David Johnson is Head of Business Development and member of the Investment Committee for Wilkinson O'Grady & Co., Inc., a global investment manager with $2.3 billion in assets under management. David is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received his MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. He spent ten years in the fixed income department of Salomon Brothers where he managed the firm's primary mortgage-backed securities sales group.

Parker Llewellyn is Managing Partner of Market-Vantage an Internet marketing company. Prior to Market-Vantage, he was Managing Director of France Telecom R&D's Cambridge (MA) lab, developing software applications for mobile use. His 40 years of business experience includes organizational effectiveness work with Christies, Inc., Prudential Insurance, and Coopers & Lybrand Consulting; advertising management at Foote, Cone and Belding and administrative work at Harvard University's Business School. He has a BA degree from Stanford and a MBA from Harvard.
